At Budd Shirtmakers, we pride ourselves on exceptional craftsmanship and want you to be entirely satisfied with your purchase. If your items are not quite right, you may return or exchange them within 28 days of receipt, provided they are in their original, unworn condition.

Log into your account or visit our returns portal to select the items you wish to send back and receive your unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully fold your shirts and place them back in their original packaging, ensuring all tags remain attached and the completed returns form is included inside the box.
Shipping Your Items
Affix the provided pre-paid shipping label to the exterior of your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location or schedule a collection.
Inspection and Refund
Once our quality control team has inspected the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
